| 4 Ea Boneless Pork Chops, 1/2" Thick |
| 1 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese |
| ½ Cup Italian Bread Crumbs |
| 1 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 1 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 4 Tbsp Marinara Sauce |

1 Preheat oven to 350° F |
2 On a plate combine the last 4 ingredients. |
3 Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture. |
4 Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it. |
5 Line a pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. |
6 Place the pork chops on the pan and bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes. |
7 When pork chops are done, layer 1 Tbsp of Marinara onto each pork chop and leave in oven for 5 minutes to warm the marinara sauce. |
8 Remove pan from oven and place on hot pad to rest for 3 minutes. |
9 Place pork chops on plate and serve with your favorite side dishes. |
